Efficiency is at the core of NDST's operations, and our commitment to training reflects this. As a registered Highfield Training Centre, each employee undergoes training aligned with Security Industry Authority Training guidelines and industry standards, supplemented by site-specific training tailored to the contract.
Recognising the critical need for effective management, NDST ensures each contract is overseen at a senior level. Our event operations team, based in our Surrey office, along with operations coordinators and security managers, guarantees seamless service delivery.
In collaboration with you, NDST establishes key performance indicators that are monitored through our soft systems. Results from this form the basis of regular service review meetings, encapsulating all elements of Quality Assurance performance within a comprehensive Service Level Agreement.

The history of NDST goes back to 1993, when our director and managers headed security at music venues that hosted EMI bands in the UK and various Sadler’s Wells events alongside Diversity and front-of-stage management at the then Astoria venue. This time also saw us hold the sole security contract and management of the Roundhouse (pre-rebuild).
Evolving from music venues to outdoor events, we have worked across a wide variety of events in both sub-contractor and labour provision capacity, as well as direct contracts. Some to note would include the work we achieved at Silverstone between 2005-2013, including complete management for the security and stewarding of the paddock area which saw various capacity stages.
Many years of working at large music festivals has seen NDST send large staffing numbers to Boomtown, Boardmasters, Isle of White Festival, V Festival, Download, Creamfields, Latitude, Leeds Festival, Electric Picnic, Love Box, Reading, Glastonbury and more.
